Tackling and Maintaining Nutrition

Understanding how to maintain a proper nutritional balance is essential to any bulk or weight loss program. Beginners can maintain this balance by creating S.M.A.R.T goals which will help you maintain realistic body goals.

Personally, I’ve struggled with understanding the value of nutrition and how it affects the body and mind in the beginning. Through proper training and of course patience’s I have achieved a level of understanding of all body type and how foods can affect them.

Please remember before starting a program ease into dieting (learn about Macros) but also understand dieting is roughly 80% of working out. Consult a Doctor before dieting.
